1. Responsible for the architecture and development of the platform's core back-end systems, handling the storage, computation, retrieval, and secure access of PB-scale multimodal biomedical data (e.g., genomics, imaging, clinical data).
2. Design and optimize high-performance retrieval systems (based on Elasticsearch/ClickHouse, etc.) to support complex queries and aggregated analysis of trillions of data points.
3. Design and implement highly available, scalable distributed data storage and processing solutions, with expertise in data sharding, partitioning, caching (Redis), and load balancing technologies.
4. Build and maintain a Kubernetes-based containerized microservices architecture, enabling automated deployment, monitoring, and elastic scaling of services.
5. Collaborate with security teams to design and implement data security and privacy protection solutions, including core functions such as data access auditing and desensitization.
1. Master's degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Computer Science and Technology, or related fields.
2. Proficient in at least one of Java/Python/Go and its ecosystem, with experience in large-scale distributed system development.
3. Deep understanding of relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL and search engines like Elasticsearch, with substantial performance tuning experience.
4. Skilled in Docker/Kubernetes technology stack, with hands-on experience in building and managing large-scale container clusters in production environments.
5. Familiar with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, Hadoop/HDFS). Candidates with experience in processing biomedical data (e.g., BAM, FASTQ formats) are preferred.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and security awareness, with relentless pursuit of system stability and high availability.
