1. Oversee the platform's overall technology strategy and architectural evolution, designing a high-availability, high-concurrency, and scalable technical blueprint capable of supporting business development for the next five years.
2. Lead the selection and development of core technologies, including but not limited to distributed computing frameworks, massive data storage and retrieval solutions, and unified stream-batch data processing architectures.
3. Establish platform-wide technical standards and specifications, promote microservices governance, foster a DevOps culture, and implement SRE practices to enhance the efficiency and stability of the entire R&D system.
4. Design and implement technical solutions for data security, privacy compliance, and full lifecycle governance, meeting the audit and regulatory requirements of national-level data platforms.
5. Provide architectural guidance and foster talent development within the technical team, while managing technical risks for major projects.
1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Genomics, or a related field.
2. Experience as a Chief Architect or Core Architect, having led the end-to-end development or major refactoring of large-scale data platforms (PB-level) from inception.
3. Deep understanding of distributed systems principles, with expertise in core technologies such as microservices, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching, and load balancing.
4. Familiarity with big data storage and retrieval technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, HBase, Hive).
5. Knowledge of biomedical data characteristics, common analytical workflows, and computational bottlenecks. Experience with HPC or bio-cloud computing platform architecture is preferred.
6. Hands-on experience in setting up logging and monitoring systems such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
