1. Develop the platform's overall user experience design strategy and define its visual language, producing design specifications, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual mockups.
2. Deeply understand the data usage scenarios and pain points of biomedical researchers, and continuously drive product experience optimization through user research, usability testing, and other methods.
3. Lead the information architecture and interaction design of complex data products, presenting multidimensional and specialized biomedical data to users in a clear, intuitive, and efficient manner.
4. Collaborate closely with the front-end development team to ensure high-fidelity implementation of design mockups and the successful adoption of the design system.
5. Stay abreast of industry design trends, particularly design practices in data visualization, B2B tools, and scientific computing.
1. 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with complex B2B products or data platform products.
2. Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with the ability to build and maintain design systems.
3. Familiar with iOS, Android, and Web interface guidelines, and experienced in multi-platform product design.
4. Strong logical abstraction and information visualization skills, capable of handling complex data relationships and business logic.
5. Design experience in bioinformatics, healthcare, or scientific research fields is preferred.
6. Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with teams from diverse backgrounds.
