2. Spearhead the development, optimization, and standardization of cutting-edge multi-omics data analysis pipelines (e.g., RNA-seq, single-cell analysis), leveraging workflow management systems (e.g., Nextflow/Snakemake) to enhance analytical efficiency and reproducibility.
3. Design and implement technical solutions for multi-omics data standardization, quality control, and archiving, establishing a full data lifecycle management system to ensure compliance with FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) and industry regulations.
4. Lead or support bioinformatics analysis for pioneering projects such as single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, delivering in-depth and actionable technical solutions and insights for internal teams and major collaborative initiatives.
5. Oversee the preparation of technical documentation and conduct internal training sessions to advance the team's capabilities in state-of-the-art bioinformatics methodologies and engineering practices.
1. Master's degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in large-scale genomic projects or bioinformatics platform development.
2. Proficient in programming languages such as Python/R, familiar with Linux environments and Shell scripting, with solid programming and debugging skills.
3. In-depth understanding and practical experience with mainstream bioinformatics tools and databases (e.g., GATK, PLINK, Bioconductor, TCGA, gnomAD, UCSC, etc.).
4. Extensive experience in multi-omics data analysis (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, etc.), with a strong grasp of underlying biological questions and analytical methodologies.
5. Preference will be given to candidates with project experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data security.
