Senior Information Security Engineer

1. Establish and maintain the information security management system for the Shenzhen National GeneBank.
2. Define security models, and design security strategies and solutions to comprehensively safeguard the National GeneBank's network and data security.
3. Manage organizational network security, including firewalls, internet behavior management, intrusion prevention systems, security center management, and application protection management.
4. Oversee internal information security, covering account/password management, account permissions, account classification, patch updates, vulnerability remediation, data leakage prevention, and external device control.
5. Provide technical support for information security products, developing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical solutions based on business unit requirements.
6. Promptly identify and address information security incidents.
7. Fulfill other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science and Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related fields.
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience; preference given to candidates with 1-2 years of team management experience.
3. Candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
4. Preference given to candidates who can use English as a working language.
5. Holders of professional certifications such as CISSP, CISP, CISA, CCSK, ITIL, or recognized security vendor certifications are preferred.
6. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements, with in-depth understanding of classified protection, personal information protection, data security, and commercial secrets protection.
7. Ability to track cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and relevant regulatory standards, and implement them effectively in cybersecurity management improvements.
8. Understanding of industry mainstream security standards, security models, security architectures, and security solutions; familiarity with network security domain division and common security policies.
9. Proficient in security technologies across various domains, including: web security, WAF, IDS, firewalls, intrusion prevention, event tracing, log analysis, malware behavior analysis, communication protocol analysis, and big data platform security.
10. Solid understanding of network security, proficient in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Cisco/Huawei/H3C and mainstream application firewalls, as well as related security systems; experience in establishing network security operation and maintenance systems.
11. Familiarity with common network attack methods and verification techniques, as well as common security protection devices and their strategies.
